Last weekend, hubby ajak balik kampung coz macam dah lama tak balik. The journey took about 1 and a half hours to reach to Sg Haji Dorani, Sungai Besar Selangor. Bila sampai je ke lorong rumah hubby, I akan tengok sawah padi tengah musim apa.. so sekarang ni tengah time menanam and it's so green. So memang tak sabar nak snap photo.. Unfortunately my camera tertinggal and I have no choice but to use my phone camera. Otherwise I need to wait for another 5 months to capture the scene. I was brought up in Shah Alam and I don't have the real kampung per say. My PIL house is located right in the middle of paddy field. The weather is normally very hot sebab tak de pokok selain dari pokok padi. Surrounding rumah ada la pokok. Tapi rumah hubby jenis tinggi so you boleh lepak bawah rumah and it so windy. Especially from 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm. Senang sangat nak rasa mengantuk... so normally we all just layan je....My kids pun memang suka suasana kampung. This is where they see the real chicken, learn to play kites, main tenteng, fishing and do whatever they like. Freedom is theirs.
You can also melepak under the shade of coconut tree. Memang saujana mata memandang. The best thing about paddy field in Selangor is that they came in grid and have the proper perairan and drainage system.
I selalu berangan ngan hubby nak swim kat sini. Air dia nampak tenang . Tapi hubby kata you jangan nak buat pasal. Nanti sekampung datang nak tengok you. Maybe we should buy canoe .. boleh jugak berkayak petang-petang.. Sure interesting punya.
Batas yang memisahkan sawah you dengan orang lain.. I pernah ikut hubby tangkap ikan kat air tu... according to him, the taste of the fish is different daripada yang biasanya jual kat pasar atau yang bela.. memang challenging...

Walau apapun, suasana kat kampung memang sangat menenangkan... kalau tengok gambar pun dah rasa cam best.. tengok real life is just indescribable. For those of you yang teragak nak experience suasana kampung you can book for homestay at Sg Haji Dorani.
