Hai.. I'm back from my kitchen.. tadi ingat nak masak Sambal Tumis Udang dengan petai.. but then last minute tukar dish pulak... since my DA dah goreng ayam and blend bumbu.. so I tingal tumis je.... so menu sempena cuti Maulidul Rasul
Ayam berlada dengan petai
Ingredients:
Ayam dipotong dan digoreng (lemau)
Petai
Asam keping
Garam dan gula
Bumbu (bahan-bahan kisar)
Bawang merah
Bawang putih
Serai
Halia
Cili merah dan cili padi
Cili kering
(Tips : normally I did not use ginger and lemongrass together cause it can create a conflict of flavour in your dish.. but this time is exceptional.. terlebih sudah)

time nak makan tadi baru ternampak tomato hiris lupa nak masuk.... tak pe...lain kali..patut macam ada yang kurang

ReplyDeleteFaten, for expecting mom, boleh makan kalau teringin.. tapi jangan banyak .. nanti angin and senang dapat heartburn.. sekadar rasa je apa salahnye :)
