Asam Pedas, Gerai Kawan-Kawan Lama @ PD

This gerai was introduced by a friend of mine weeks ago... it happens that we're in PD last week for enche hubby family day.. so it's about right timing to stop by this gerai... Kebetulan memang sampai PD waktu tengahari, great time for lunch... It was located in Teluk Kemang and opposite TM resort. The only signage they have is the above banner. Nasib baik enche hubby tak naik angin time nak cari gerai ni....

So the Asam Pedas was not displayed like the normal lauk campur.. we need to order from the kitchen... quickly ordered Asam Pedas Ikan Pari and Asam Pedas Ikan Kembung...

 

Asam Pedas Ikan Pari.... hmm hampir tak nampak ikan nya dek tenggelam dalam kuah....

and this is Asam Pedas Ikan Kembung...

Each set of asam pedas came with the salted egg, cucumber and sambal belacan.

And I add on rendang daging (Negoghi style)... memang sedap

Tengah panas terik makan asam pedas with all this cold drinks.... hmmmm layan.

Well, my comment on this asam pedas... rasa belacan dia agak kuat menyebabkan kuah dia masin... tahap kepekatan dan kemasaman dia okay...

p/s : Still prefer asam pedas Ikan Mayong or Ikan Bagok my SIL from Batu Pahat... lagi sedap kalau sebelum makan perah asam limau kasturi...
