Pictureless moments.........

Lately, my blogging mood has been tested by so many technicality interruptions..... first my hard disk get corrupted... need to go through rehab process which took ages... luckily manage to save all those valuable peektures with so much memories.... Thanks to Faizul who has finally save the hard disk.

Then, I misplaced my Samsung EX1 camera USB cable cum battery charger... that's it.. and not long after that I got a sms from dSlr notifying that my Olympus camera is now ready for collection after keeping the camera for exactly a year.... at least I was quite relief that I now have an alternative device to get moments captured... but that was temporary...

That camera is not working after 5 days collected.. and I only tested to use it for once or twice....siggghhhhhh.....nothing can be done coz they keep the camera till the warranty expired... so now, I put it in my antique cupboard for display.... 

then...what am I going to do for a quick and speedy solution? I have to get another charger for my camera...well after a quick buying transaction done via lelong.com ... hopefully I can get the compatible charger for SLB-11A battery delivered at my doorstep within the next 48 hours.....

Sometime... I may need to learn to just let things go.... many things happened within this few days...but everything was just restored in my mind..... just enjoy whatever I do without worrying that I've missed something out of it.... without any peripherals... just you and friends with live chat, giggle and mingle....and make me wonder....with all these gadgets around... you with your own world... self giggling...ignoring others... not listening to what other have to say... hmm you may be occupied and excite yourself but sometime others felt annoying... I don't know....

So of hands....my presence here and there

Back to the real event.. where were we? of course la treasure hunt. Team member (enche hubby, Ms Dot, Caca Ori and enche Senoi) It's a walk hunt... sempena perhimpunan Sejuta Belia at Putrajaya... hello... those below 40 years old je boleh join tau... tapi ada gak muka tua... tak pe.. kalau betul alhamdulillah... tapi kalau yang dah senior tapi tak sedar diri ... nak masuk gak.... tak tau lah nak kata apa..... kalau tak betul kenapa ada yang cuak masa nak ambik replica cek?...common la...bagi can la kat we olz yang budak baru nak menatih ni.... please adopt a level playing ground.... it's okay ... think positive and move forward...

Congratulations to the real winners out there... you guys are simply awesome....

It's a 2 hrs walking hunt... 2 segments.. 1st segment consists of 15 questions and 2nd league comprise of 10 questions... for us... long way to go.. more to learn... and obviously need more practise and reading... beefing up general knowledge is an essential tool....

Give up???  no way... we are still going for it.... not for winning but more of learning....keep a go ... spirits that exceed limit...

Harum Manis Perlis vs Indian Mango

I couldn't beleive my eyes when I saw this thingy...guess what? Harumanis is in town...spotted it at Pasar Tani Shah Alam... this is not an ordinary Harumanis... but specially brought all the way from Perlis by Jabatan Pertanian Negeri Perlis.... heard a lot of this... and it's a controlled species meant for export quality .... selling at RM15 per kg... enche hubby is a big fan of mango..... so do I.....

The other day, I bought this Indian Mango for him.... now we have these 2 good mangoes species in hand....

Indian Mango

Skin - Yellow orangy colour, smooth

Size - Rounded

Smell - Fragrance

Flesh colour - Yellow Peach Colour

Texture - Smooth

Taste - Sweet and sour towards the seeds but very juicy

Perlis Harumanis

Skin - Dark Green colour, not smooth

Size - Bujur and slanted at the end

Smell - Very aromatic

Flesh colour - Rich Yellow Colour

Texture - Smooth with a little bit of fibre

Taste - Sweet and strong taste

Mango Lychee Smoothies

What you need

1 whole mango flesh

Evaporated milk

Lychee Syrup

Sago

Ice

and don't forget

drop of love

Just blend the whole thing except for Sago....

and refrigerate for 20 minutes to get them partially crystallised.... Ready to serve

Pre Ramadhan Buffet @ SDCC

What a nice breathtaking view with great weather to have buffet lunch at SDCC. Actually we were invited for a food tasting in conjunction to Ramadhan Buffet.... It's like a rehearsal and they even played a Raya songs just get in the mood for Iftar... The theme for the Ramadhan Buffet is middle east cuisine + 1 Malaysia.

We were spoiled with lots of food and I tell you that thee food was so good especially the one that I tasted. Some that I can remember , Mandhi Rice with Lamb, Dim Sum, kind of rice served with Vernison, lamb shank... and lot's more...I think I left about 75% un tasted.... Malu nak makan coz duduk semeja dengan Tan Sri.. no no actually I'm full.... makanan memang sangat banyak until I can't make up my mind which one to eat first.....

Riche Montana Salad Sandwich

The other day we went to Pavilion to get Snowflake.... but need to grab something quick to bite for lunch... found this yummy sandwich and I thought it's quite easy to try at home... just never thought of the combinations which give a real great taste... serve cold and it's chunky and creamy kind of  sandwich... quickly take away the  ingredient sticker and has it hands on before I forget the whole thing.....

Riche Montana Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

Potato (Boiled)

Apple (diced)

Crab stick

Egg (Boiled)

Mayonnaise

Wholemeal bread

Optional ingredients
Sliced of cherry tomatoes and zuchinni

Mustard

Olive Oil

Mix everything together... tiny portion of each...

then spell some mom's love

and that's it

ready for the quick bite...

On a new move....

In 2 days time.... I'll be soft celebrating my 1 month birthday at my new working place... In less than a month... what have I got to learn, explore, venture, experience along the way... not in terms of work.. but casually talk about life....

I have learn to eat....

Learn not to snap photos before, during and after eating though the food was terribly awesome to be captured.. as I don't want to be suspected to have a blog or seen as blogger...ssshhhhhh... let this be our little secret... hence.. that is the reason why I post a pictureless entry.....

On my driving...

I drive to Pavilion and back to office in 1 hour time

I drive faster than I used to... 25 minutes from Shah Alam-KL

Take STAR LRT during lunch to go to Jalan Tun Razak/Masjid Jamek

Learn new route to get a faster way home...

Forget totally paying toll by cash

Learn new skill of driving at sharp cornering ramp carpark...

Learn to be more patient if happen to caught in jam

Listen to radio for more than 1 and half hours a day...

Attentively listen to traffic updates

Avoid KL during weekends..

On other little things

Wear flat shoes

Have a pot of plant on my table

Learn to chat using IM

Leave without punchcard instead heavily used of ID card (in and out of the office, printing, toilet etc...)

Extremely cold office (Essentially need jacket and shawl to keep me warm)

Take an elevator to get in my office at 13th floor

Silence mode office (Extremely mute)

Have at least RM100 cash in hand...at all time

Everything seems new to me.... no worries... things changed.. but I'm still I am... just adjusting to fine tune to the new environment....I am putting myself as a sponge... absorbing while I can or just like and empty glass... open  wide to learn until spill off.... swallow all the bitter with sweet in the end..... go through the rains with the hope of rainbow to appear.... and too early to judge but... I'm getting use and started to love the new environment with a new friends around..... of course I missed those time more than I can bear... but let's keep it to myself and we'll catch up whenever we have the chance to....

Fancy birthday party

It's really a party... the host and the organizer were really committed to realise their dream party with a theme of "FANCY DRESS"... it's really happening... I felt like I'm in another world where you met all sorts of characters.....they wore arabian, cowboy, moroccans, dracula, minnie mouse, king, queen, tinkerbel, indians traditional costumes, witch and all sorts....
