Once a week detox diet


 My breakfast. Bran with banana, strawberry and milk. A glass of orange juice


 


Lunch : Salad, a mix of green leafy , red, yellow, white vegetables , egg as protein...




Morning and tea break : Pear, green tea and yogurt

Dinner : Lean meat and a scoop of vegetables

Supper : Green tea

Detox diet plan is easy to follow and it works!!!
