My taste buds evolves as I grow older... I like bitter stuffs and dislikes sweet taste... one of my favourite bitter stuff is the bitter gourd fritters... I mixed my own recipe for the batter with the curry powder, chilli flakes, almond, curry leaves , flour, salt and pepper... mixed together and deep the thinly sliced bitter gourd.. Fry them until golden crisp and that's it.... ready to serve on my dinner plate...
